Recipe: Simple Beef Keema with Lebanese bread
Tuesday, June 02, 2015I am a spice lover.
Being Asian, and particularly Malaysian, spices has become an essential part of my palate. I admit that I cannot go more than a couple of days without having any spicy meal. Every other day, I need to have my sambal or curry.
A simplified spicy dish like this will do too. I call it simplified because I only used whatever that I can find in my pantry at that time, and it was ready in a short time.
After I was done with the meal, I realized that it was an inspiration from 2 recipes that I have posted before. Back then I posted a recipe for beef keema (minced beef) and a recipe of an Indian dish, stuffed aubergine with lamb.
When I was cooking this dish, I made use of the same ingredients and method from both recipes, and then tadaaa..
OK so here goes the recipe for you:
SIMPLE BEEF KEEMA
Serve with Lebanese bread (or any wrap/bread of choice) with a healthy salad as side :)
Happy trying!
