Inspired by pastas.


I have always been inspired by pastas. They are so practical and you can pretty much create any type of fusion dish with it. Just be creative with the ingredients that you have in hand.

Tonight I made Aglio Olio spaghetti, but of course with some improvisation with whatever I have in the kitchen. I had some Thai Prawn-Chilli flakes and some basil growing in the pot, so I guess this dish has turned into an Aglio Olio ala Thai.

Just so you know, Aglio Olio means Garlic Oil, hence the most important ingredient in this dish must be the garlic and extra virgin olive oil.

Lovely dinner, happy tummy. Praises to God.
